AS A FORMER DIVISION I ATHLETE
playing basketball at a very high level was my dream. I dedicated my life to my physical and mental aspects of training, earning a national ranking, state titles, and eventually being recruited as a point guard at the highest D1 level. After 4 years of living out my dream, I graduated with a degree in Business and an invitation to play basketball professionally. I found my real passion was motivating, training, and leading others to reach their full potential and goals both in and out of the gym. I am passionate about educating my clients by instructing proper technique, showing different ways to help build strength, and teaching how to achieve sustainable results for the long term.
